If for ANY reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in their original condition within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. Returns will be refunded for 100% of the purchase price excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges. Our Refund/Exchange Guarantee is valid for all products except custom orders (this includes stringing at a custom length, drilling pearls, etc.), items not in their original condition, or items that have been modified at the customer request. Should returned items not be in their original condition, all return privileges will be forfeit.

This Return Authorization Number must be marked clearly on the front of the returns package. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, with a copy of the invoice and all of the original jewelry certification reports (if there is one). Returns must be received within 30 days from the original order date to receive full refund or exchange. The Pearl Exchange assumes no responsibility for any packages lost, damaged, misdirected or delayed in the return process. For your own protection, we recommend all return shipment packages be insured for full purchase price of the item(s) being returned.

All orders with The Pearl Exchange are processed securely, promptly and efficiently. The pearls on our website are in stock and will ship within the next business day or two, unless it is a special order item. Any orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out that Monday. All packages are fully insured by The Pearl Exchange and may require an adult signature upon delivery.
The Pearl Exchange will only ship to addresses in the United States & Canada. International customers, please contact us and we will try our best to serve you individually. Please be aware that when you select expedited, two-day, or one-day, UPS® and FedEx® do not ship packages to PO Boxes. An actual address must be provided for us to have your order shipped to.
